Business Education and Training
Further education and training are vital for the ongoing improvement of Monash businesses.
It is important for all businesses to continuously review their development needs, and to participate in appropriate courses that will strengthen their capacity to undertake new tasks.
The Economic Development Unit (in association with consultants, government departments and their programs) provides a range of seminars and workshops relevant to the needs of local businesses.
Previous workshops have included: Effective Communication and Public Speaking, Motivating your Staff, Debt collecting for Small Business and West meets East - Learning to do business in Asia seminar. As well as State Government funded "Grow your Business" programs.
